有谁吃过Berberine Phytosome辅助降糖降胆固醇

有2型糖尿病和LDL超标问题（总胆固醇、HDL、LDL三项绝对值都高但总胆固醇/HDL的比率很好），不太想吃他叮类药物，针对2型糖尿病目前在服用Metformin ER和Jardiance。

看到Costco有卖Berberine Phytosome，网上查询了一下有辅助降糖降胆固醇以及其它益处，买回来试试。

吃了10天，每天早晚各一粒，对肠胃有些许刺激但不严重在可承受范围。

坛子里有谁吃过这个，长期效果如何，对降糖降胆固醇有帮助么？
