大家有没有研究过，吃什么鱼比较健康？怎么做好吃？（新加鱼类欧米伽3和汞含量分类表）

印象里 Salmon、Flounder 相对较好？是吗？

记得好像有报道说 Tilapia 不太健康，好像是养殖 Tilapia 为了个头大，用药物改变 Tilapia 的性别？记不太清了。
