二甲双弧每天半片250mg

二甲双弧一片最低是500mg,每天半片,250mg剂量吃你们觉得对A1C5.7下降一些可行吗？没吃全剂量是想尽量减少副作用，同时想再降一点A1C.

已经在注意饮食并锻炼，人也很瘦。
