量并不大吧?我现在平时平衡饮食,不拒绝碳水。

如果体重增加,才会适当减少碳水。

绝对拒绝碳水,体重会继续降,另外也太苦行憎了,呵呵。

 

不过想想,打算听取建议,以后不做有raisins等甜的scone,换以前做过的这种有sausage、蔬菜搭配的scone:

 

How to make assorted scone:

- 2 cups of all purpose organic whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of all purpose organic wheat flour
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 2 cups of pecans roasted (or 1 cup of pecans and 1 cup of walnuts, roasted)
organic sausage, mild spicy
organic onions, carrots, cabbage
- 1 organic egg
- 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/3 teaspoons of organic sugar
- 1 cup of organic milk
- 4 teaspoons of organic EVOO


烤箱设置375°F(190°C),烘培 20 分钟。
