Sprouted 坚果,或任何农作物,是不是都更有利于身体吸收营养,也就是饮食更健康?

Sprouted 坚果,或任何农作物,比没有 Sprouted 的是不是都贵些?Whole Foods 的 Organic Sprouted Pecans 比 Organic Walnuts 要贵一倍。印象里 Walnuts 应该比 Pecans 贵才对。Whole Foods 的 Organic Sprouted Pecans 比 Costco 一般的(非 organic) Pecans 要贵4倍,这价格值得吗?

 

也想到了发芽的土豆不能吃,是吧?
