不知道是不是这两天温度升高的太快、太高，花开的过猛，VC似乎对花粉过敏症状，如眼部瘙痒、流鼻涕等，没啥作用。

前两周，每周只是两次 Liposomal Vitamin C（1600mg），似乎就有帮助。这两天明显失效。

 

所以利用 Liposomal Vitamin C（1600mg/day）加强免疫系统以缓解季节性过敏，可能无效。

试过 Nature's Bounty Vitamin C 24 Hour Immune（1000mg/day），也就是 Ester-C，一样没啥作用。

 

是不是加大剂量会有不同的结果？不得而知，暂时也不太想试验。

 

可不可以这样认为，VC确实只是boost免疫系统，而不见得是保证免疫系统工作正常，或说准确工作？比如过敏是不是免疫系统的过激反应？而充足的VC并不能在过敏这种免疫系统过激反应中，辅助免疫系统通过调整来减缓过激反应？
