这应该是腹股沟滑动疝（Inguinal sliding hernia）。当肠道降入疝囊时就是常说的疝气，如疝囊中没有肠子

只有腹水时就可以是“囊肿”。这种情况时腹壁肌肉的缺损和疝囊仍然存在，但开口可能比较小肠子不容易降下来，而正常的腹水可以流入疝囊。

现在囊肿消失了，但以后还可能复发。手术修补腹壁肌肉缺损，切除疝囊应该是最有效的治疗。
