如果到了吃喝拉撒都在床上的时候，北京一个保姆一个月1-2万人民币可以找到（人工物理排便）， 2-3线城市的更便宜；美国这1-2万美元一个月可能还没有这个服务？
美国这assistant living nursing home, 平均只能活一年了，怀疑被屎尿憋死（并发症）的比例不少？
