据说这款蚝油，“沙井蚝油”，是零添加、无防腐剂、无味精、无色素、non-GMO大豆。有人试过吗？

 

比较其它各款蚝油，现在只好买李锦记的“素食蚝油”，偶尔在烹调中使用。但李锦记的“素食蚝油”明确标注不含蚝，以香菇代替蚝汁，估计还靠酵母提取物（yeast extract ）提味，有焦糖色素（caramel color）：
