大家最近讨论的Liposomal Vitamin C，到底应不应该服用？

但一般人很难明白这些成分到底是什么，如果买来服用，应该注意什么？或是对可能发生的潜在问题应该有什么心理准备？

直觉上似乎感觉，应该对一些疑难病症，比如covid，会帮助。是不是应该提前购入，在得病时试用一下？比如covid？covid又没有什么大家都认同的药物？但冠以神药，有点误导。有点抓瞎了呀。
