Referral to an interventional cardiologist specializing in this kind of procedures in the Cath lab, or a surgeon if needed.
In my opinion no need to travel far if the local hospital provides this service, it's quite a standard procedure. However you could do some research to find out who have more experience.
If you do want to seek a more prestigious one, ask your cardiologist, who will recommend some I believe.
