用Tylenol PM, 主要成份：Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine.

或 Benadryl, 成份： Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine.

呕：霍香正气丸（水，见效快，但里面含酒精）

 

其实，这波O变最典型的症状是：流鼻涕（Runny nose) , Benadryl可以帮助减少鼻塞流涕。流涕

和 咽部不适（Sore throat)
