"The uterus is anteverted and has a nonhomogeneous internal echo pattern. it measures 5.5x3.0cm at the fundus. A 2.7x0.4x1.4cm concavity is noted in the fundal endometrium on a coronal view. The double layer of the endometrial lining measures 0.2cm in the thickness (0.1cm anterior and 0.1cm posterior). Small amount of fluid (blood) is noted in the endometrial cavity.

Both ovaries are seen. .....The left ovary measures 3.0x2.9x1.3cm and contains a 1.5x1.5x0.7cm irregular cyst with thick walls and internal echoes (RI:0.53)...

特别是"A 2.7x0.4x1.4cm concavity is noted in the fundal endometrium on a coronal view."是什么意思呀？
