请问哪种灯泡对眼睛更好？日光灯泡或LED

近一年总觉得灯泡亮度不够（用的是日光灯泡33W）， 怎么回事？昨天去了Home Depot,  发现绝大多数灯泡是LED, 问人，说是LED灯泡对眼睛更好。请问有经验的网友，是不是这样？用多大瓦数灯泡更好?
