大多数是这样，但是心前区疼痛可以不典型，例如，有的像胃痛，有的肩颈痛，还有的后背痛，有的仅仅是胸闷。

我见过几个病人，没有任何症状，心血管的不重要的分支却已完全堵塞。。。
