请问蹲下或上下楼梯关节疼痛吃力是怎么回事，有没有自然疗法？多谢。

装修、搬家打包忙碌，终于有一天膝关节开始疼痛，没去离它，继续忙碌，可是一直不见好，好像还更厉害了。现在蹲下做事情和上下阶梯做膝关节弯曲的动作时膝关节都疼痛。以前从来没有过。请问可能是什么原因？有什么自然疗法？
