i had similar symptoms about a year ago, my dr said it's arthritis and nothing we could do other than when it gets worse, inject some liquid. i tried move free,it's cheap anyway, amazingly after about 10 ddays my symptoms were gone and now i go mountain hyking 6 miles no problem.
my understanding is - some dr's words can be heard some for reference only.
