求助！！！右肩膀疼痛

右肩膀疼痛，尤其是做了家务之后，总是觉得很酸疼，很累的感觉。大概有快一年了，有时症状轻，最近又加重了。找了个美国医生扎针灸，2个多月了，也没有疗效。手臂上抬，翻转都没问题，就是总觉得很累，很重。现在怀孕2个月，不敢贴膏药之类的，
请问大家知不知道我这种类型的病痛，有没有什么运动可以做或什么样的治疗方法。每天被它纠缠着，真是痛苦。
