kid's dental

5 year's old girl had a visit on her teeth and found 4 holes to be filled. It is estimated 100$ for each visit after the payment by insurance. It needs four visits in all.

What is the negative influence if the holes not being filled as suggested? and what should be careful? since $400 is a not small amount.
