You must fill it as soon as you can. After filling, the filling material may be dropped in 3 - 4 monthes.( This is the case of my child.) then you have to do filling again. My child has done at least 10 times filling(for 6 teeth). every time when we found the filling material dropped, we immediately went to dentist to do the filling again.
