Had this issue 12 years ago, much better since 2004

My friend recommended me OPC-3 in 2004, I took it for 1.5 - 2 years. After several months (sorry I could not recall it was 1 month or two), I was much better. Of course, balanced diet, plenty of water along with OPC-3 every day. Also lost some weights, looked younger and felt more energy, which were nice surprises.
