职场夹板气

入职这个位置几个月了，上面有两个老板。 我应该report to 大老板， 也就是说他要给我写evaluation. 但这个大老板很弱势，被二老板给架空了，我在中间感觉很难。 我是否每件事都要同时汇报给两个人？稍不小心就有人不高兴，感觉大老板不敢当面和二老板对峙，拿我当枪使，有什么好的建议， 谢谢！
