现在看来你面临着两个选择：1，内部IT技术工作或 2，Business方面的工作，Business Analyst或Business Transformation（简称BT），是业务的代表主要承担“桥梁”的职责将Business的业务需求转化为具体的IT需求。通常IT和这个部门是有不少冲突的，因为IT是要实现由BT传递过来的业务需求的，而IT要实现好好让业务高兴的。

但不管怎样你都是人才因为你比大多数的业务人员懂IT而又比大多数的IT人员懂业务。人才难得就被抢了。

如果该企业业务系统的实现（SCM，EPR CRM等）主要采用了业界成熟的SAP solutions等，那就可能会更强调技术人员对业务功能的了解，从而淡化了IT的定制化实现。这样可能做BA/BT（Business）在该企业会更有价值些。但该职位要求大量的沟通，交流和协调的工作，而且要跟各个层面的Business guys打交道，将会面临很多挑战和压力。因此要求专业能力外的很强的Soft Skills.

作为中国人在北美，具体的专业技术是我们的强项，而且可持续发展。如果是我，我会IT。
