在美国干了十多年，干过的公司有大有小，背黑锅的事倒是头次遇到，还竟然是没了主意。
公司是个startup,总部在硅谷。但我们不在。最近我们部门的项目完全失败，正如我预见到的。就因为此预见才和我们部门的头关系搞僵了。如今项目失败，总有人来担这个责任。项目失败的罪魁祸首，部门头（老美白人）却要我来背这个黑锅。要我主动请辞。如果我请辞，他可以给我几周的时间；否则马上解雇我，尽管我怀疑他是否有这个权力。由于这个头是我们部门和总部勾通的唯一渠道，他总是很跋扈。也对总部说了很多谎。但这次我这个黑锅背不背？虽然自信能够找到工作，没有身份问题。但找个工作也是要几个月时间的。尽管心里有口气，手上也有些材料证明是头的错，也没想在这个公司多呆多久，但不背就意味着宣战，这倒是从来没有的。大家有什么想法，有什么经验？如战的手段有什么，胜算如何？
