回复：did you bad mouth the project all the time? If so, leave now

I was in charge of the project at the beginning, but I did things less aggressive than he did, which might delay the project. He took it over with his way, but led to a completed disaster on costumer's site. That wasn't just bad mouth, I totally disagreed what he did. But I followed his instructions since he took it over for he was the boss.
