SDLC - do you have process in the company?

Release control - new release, service pack;what's the process?

QA - is every change fully tested? Does he need a ticket rather than his personal openion to make modification? How do you track all the changes?

如果公司没有engineering process, 完全靠潜规则行事，那么他就无所适从。
