山雨欲来，风满楼 (urgent)

Teh annoying old man is fed up with my boss' interference into his business. Their fight is getting to the face off time and this tiem, I think my boss is goign to be under fire from multiple directions. Odl man has organized a meeting with HR involved to talk about issues in his team. I guess mostly why people not following the decisions from that team but only follows theri supervisor (that would be me). he has another meeting on Monday with big boss and other stakeholders to talk about that same issue I believe. I asked him since I am so much involved in this, whether I can join the meeting. He did nto reply. I guess he does not want me to be involved in there. Retaliation is coming. this tiem, I am seriously asking for advice. Under the circumstance, how do I protect myself and hopefully come out intact, even a winner. Thanks for all advice.
