请教一下大家的看法，谢谢。

我到一家公司2个月，公司整体氛围我蛮喜欢，轻松 （not stressful)，flexible, 人员也friendly。

但我有一点困惑，我们team 共5人，时常有人出差，work at home，晚来晚走，等等，总之上班时间很难见到5个人齐刷刷地坐在那儿。可问题是，我几乎总在，（新来的嘛，没啥花样），其他人不见了我却全然不知哪里去了，而其他同事之间（不是领导）通常会相互沟通一下，告知去向。比如说，email，而我却常不在email list 里，不知是因为故意遗漏，还是偶然遗漏。有人会“通知我”，有人不会。

我这样子总是最闭塞的，而且觉得似乎...总之也希望能够be informed 吧。可我觉得总问同事谁谁谁哪去了不太好吧，那我是应该保持现状吗？还是怎么好呢？烦请各位指教。谢谢。

另外，总体感觉他们应该没有对我有什么特别"不喜欢" 的感觉，大家应该说还是相处融洽的。只是有时候感觉被忽略了，觉得有点不好，也希望能尽快融入新环境啊。
