just a suggestion:

Perhaps you can send a group email to your colleagues, expressing how much you've enjoyed working there, the friendly atmosphere and whatever othere things you would like to say about that.

Express also that you realize because you are new there, your name is probably not on the group email list yet, could they add your name to their individual list (or whatever list) and send you emails (that are for the whole department). Let them know that this will help you to be more informed about the department (you could also, if you choose, to say that it will help you with a sense of inclusion. It is understandable that all of us would like to feel included when we just start out with a new company，it is ok to say that).

Then show appreciation, say thank you and etc...

The first paragraph (about your enjoyment at work)is optional, but it will certainly sets a positive and friendly tone.
