New Offer:工资与职位不符，怎么办？

接一offer, title is senior but the salary is for intermedia level. 问过HR,回答是工资与职位无关。奇怪的是HR第一次电话告诉我的工资范围比最终工资还要高。谁遇见过这种情况？公司不大，２千多人。从来没跟雇主谈过钱，有点无所适从。我该接受这个offer吗？
