be prepared and do the negotiation

If you like the company and the job, do the negotiation.
-- do your home work, find the salary range for your title;
-- prepare the reason why they should pay you higher $$;
-- call HR make a appointment to the hiring manager or whoever can make the decision: " I need to talk with them for the salary negotiation";
