OK the tumor board here in US is useful but the State can NOT refuse your licnes just because you did not go to a tumor board. Secondly, most of the times, they take the cases to the tumor board is not only because for educational purpose, rather for political purpose because the sensitive/contraversial issues associate with a specific case in terms of how to treat or deposit the patient, etc. If a decision made during the tumor board discussion, then there will be less legal chanllenges. Usually the diagnosis is not an issue.
In China, the ones I remembered are mostly for education purposes.
