工作上有个问题， 请给些建议

手下有个员工总是散布谣言， 说我被前老板辞退， 没能力， 英文不好， 她听不懂我说的话。

我以前和她在一家幼儿园干过。 我是幼儿园院长。 我的老板很不喜欢我， 把我降职为普通老师。 我在那干了几个月后就辞职，在这家干临时工。 这家幼儿园的院长很喜欢我， 很快就给我永久的工作。 两个星期前， 这家幼儿园的院长辞职， 我就升职为院长。 这个员工很不高兴， 她在我面前很好， 装的很能干， 总是对我面对微笑， 却在我背后说这些坏话。 我很寒心。 我想星期一叫她来我办公室， 开门见山的问她这些 还是开个集体会议当着全部员工面澄清这些事。

她这样做给我的工作带来了很大的难题， 有些员工开始跃跃欲试的开始找叉。

请问什么是最好的办法？
