Here are just some (not all)of the things you would have to eliminate ----Not at all reasonable!
Foods rich in phytoestrogens, a natural estrogen:
* Soy.
* Millet.
* Barley.
* Flax seed.
* Lentils.
* Kidney beans.
* Lima beans.
* Rye.
* Clover.
* Fennel.
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans).
