既然手术前评估，现在不适宜全麻手术。可以做的事，局麻打个骨钉，先做简单固定，以免移位。不过骨钉各个医院有不同的用法，

以前，我用钛合金骨钉二枚，成三角形方向打入，就可以固定，局麻下就可以做。几个月后，可能骨折已经愈合，也就不需要手术了。不过股骨颈骨折后，股骨头无菌性坏死的可能性极大，因为股骨头血供被破坏。那就以后再说，如果不影响生活，就不予处理。现在还是以想办法保证让老人能坐起活动为主。
