老年人全身麻醉手术要间隔多久

78 year old dad fell and hip fracture and has parkinton。

他十月做小肠气手术， 全麻。

手术后， 有点老年痴呆, 腰椎吐出. 

这次骨折， 本来准备12／27做手术。 到那天又不做了。 说风险大。

今天医生查房还是说 风险大，不给做。 

医生说要等几个月才能再次全麻。

what to do? Can we do the 骨折 surgery after a few month?
