回来好些去健身房做重量又疼了,都1个多月了,还去健身房做重量,但避免用太多的膝关节。
我有用冰敷,热敷,炒盐姜敷,也局部用点止疼的药,用过几次绑带,也可吃点消炎止痛的(我没吃)。

好了后慢慢增加局部肌肉强度。
