for things like leaking hose, broken spray heads ( the lastest one) .  Moen is very good everytime and sent me what I needed, not any charge at all.   The last time was 2 weeks ago, their phone line was very busy and so I schedule a call back this morning and talked to the lady and sent her the picture of my fauce to 

[e-mail]  and got what I need.    The shipping usually takes about 7 to 10 days.    

As those are old model, so the plumer likely do not carry the parts on hand. so Moen is the best contact...

Also, I suggest you before you call them, prep your email, and attach the picture, and save the draft, so when you talk to them, click send so they can see the email right away, that is how they do it.
