同胞们， 奥八马兄弟如今已经正式成为我们美国总统了。

奥八马兄弟的经历告诉我们，我们的梦不是幻想， 我们要鼓励教育我们的孩子们，要以主人公的姿态好好学习， 天天向上，向奥八马兄弟学习， 将来不只是当个好公民， 好员工，当一个数学家， 物理学家， 化学家，医务工作人员， 等等职业人员， 我们的孩子们也要当个经理， 当个老板， 当个企业家， 当个政治家。

要告诉我们的孩子们，我们不再是中国大陆人， 也不再是中华台湾人，我们是美国人， 地地道道的美国人， 美国是我们的国家， 我们的家园，要我们的孩子们明白， 如今世界上，没有一个国家和民族能和伟大的美国以及美国人民比拟， 作为美国人， 我们是幸运的， 是值得自豪的。我们有义务和权利爱护美国， 更有义务，权力和机会从事各种职业, 为美国，同时也为我们自己做出更大的努力和贡献。

无忧企盼， 有朝一日， 我们华裔子弟也能成为美国的总统.
