没胃口怎么办？

最近吃饭不行，很多时候都不想吃。明明很饿却没食欲，硬是逼自己按时吃饭。

有时早饭就一杯咖啡，吃的硬拖到10点。

晚上又不想吃。就买了个水果沙拉，一会逼自己吃了。

怎么办？要上健胃消食片吗？
