7斤的肥鸭 一碗万字酱油 半斤翻炒干煸的沙姜.. 50ml 麦芽威士忌 30克糖30克盐.. 广东砂锅加2升高汤没过鸭子.

煮开后绿豆大小文火捂12小时以上.. 冷却捞起..斩件摆盘.. 调热油葱泥酱..
