Agree.

Many houses built in 1990s have similar style.  The quality of this house is very good.  Oak used here is superb quality as lower end oak will have lots of knots.  With the high ceiling, I would have the railings built in one size bigger.  Also railing posts should stay as the same color as railing.  It looks like the tiles are 12x12 in size, I would use at least 18x18 considing the space and size of the house, and natural stones to match the oak.
