家常简便菜：零失败的菠菜烘蛋

小孩不喜欢吃蔬菜，LD不喜欢吃鸡蛋，但是这个菠菜烘蛋他们吃完后要我以后再做。

这个菜做起来很简单，但是营养全面，蛋白让人很有饱足感。适合单身贵族当作晚饭或者有家有口的早中饭时吃。

一人份需要两个蛋，4tbs heavy whipping cream.以此类推，四人需要8个蛋， 1 cup heavy whipping cream.

培根或者火腿片用黄油炒到有点焦脆后加入菠菜。

蛋和奶油加入适量盐一起打散后倒入抹了黄油的烤盘，然后在上面放入炒好的菠菜培根。

撒上 shredded cheese. 放入烤箱， 350度， 35分钟（8个鸡蛋35分钟，两个鸡蛋只需要25分钟）。
