母亲节收到的花，上几个家常菜

母亲节收到的两盆兰花，以我多年灭绝师太的经验，希望这两盆能成为例外

 

昨天的晚餐

可乐童子鸡

炒甜豆

秋葵蛋挞：我用面包筒做的底，里面是秋葵+鸡蛋+芝士，375度烤了20分钟

 

红菘蘑炖牛仔骨肉

 

牛仔骨肉炖萝卜

 

牛肉卷饼

角瓜拌牛油果、炒西兰花，清炒苦瓜、彩椒鸡肉、芋头醮酱、绿豆粥

豆豉苦瓜、烤淡菜、烧鳕鱼、酱牛肉、鸡汤白菜

 

苦瓜牛肉、炒菜花、牛油果抖黄瓜、烧茄子、小芋头

 

可乐鸡腿、烧茄子、炒芦笋、鱼片豆腐、烤地瓜、自制华夫饼、绿豆汤
