国内物业服务真好

水暖器漏水，一个电话就过来了，换了节新的，材料费50，手续费10，一共60 人民币。

厕所堵了，怎么也打不通，一个电话来了，分文不收，我给了10元。

小区绿化清洁顶呱呱，还有门卫，因为很久不住那里了，去的第一晚，保卫就来探访了
