顺便秀秀最近的伙食

1 ↓ 红豆年糕

2 ↓ 天妇箩虾

3 ↓ 素什锦

4 ↓ 熏鱼

5 ↓ 葱姜龙虾

6 ↓ 烤羊排

7 ↓ 凉拌鸡爪

8 ↓ 烧三纹鱼

鱼做法：鱼先撒少许盐抹匀，锅里放少少油，鱼入锅两面煎一下，放姜丝和蒜片，烹入酒加盖，稍后加醋、酱油、少许盐，一点水，稍煮翻面，放入葱丝，收好汁就好了。

 

9 ↓ 东坡肘子

10 ↓ 椒盐饼

11 ↓ 韭菜盒子

12 ↓ 芋头蘸酱

芋头是先切好再蒸熟的，芋头上的酱汁：花生酱+盐+酱油+寿司醋+少许水、搅拌成糊再加入 葱末和香菜末，就成了

 

13 ↓ 烤秋刀鱼

烤秋刀鱼：秋刀鱼洗净去头，鱼身上划几刀，里外都抹盐+撒蒜粉，肚子里放姜丝，小烤箱 425度烤15分钟就好了

 

14 ↓ 烧雪鱼

15 ↓ 羊肉青椒

16 ↓ 角瓜拌牛油果

17 ↓ 酱牛腱子

18 ↓ 今天做的菠菜面包
