中秋快乐！！

老俩口的中秋节，做了两款月饼，六菜一羹

 

1、鲜肉酥皮月饼，用了鸡肉和虾仁

 

2、冰皮紫薯月饼

 

3、葱姜龙虾

 

4、烤童子鸡

 

5、熏鱼（用了三纹鱼）

 

6、虾仁芦笋

 

7、凉拌海带

 

8、烤羊排，南瓜是烤鸡和烤羊排的副产品

 

9、松茸蛋羹

 

10、小米、chia seed、莲子粥

 

11、全家福

 

烤鸡的做法：

1、童子鸡洗干净去尾巴，用剪刀剪成8块（半只剪4块），用盐+花椒+蒜末+酒抹匀，放冰箱腌2天

 

2、腌好的鸡去掉花椒和蒜末，用一大匙牛奶搅少少面糊把鸡抓匀，南瓜去皮切块加一点点盐和一点点油及少许水拌匀垫烤盘底，上面我放了鸡块和腌好的羊排，425F 度烤30分钟

 

3、如果想让鸡皮脆一点，就 450F度烤20分钟，再转425F度烤10分钟，皮更脆一些，我一次烤半只（四块）

 

4、拿走鸡和羊排，把南瓜拌匀装盘，又香又糯，非常好吃
