今天中午的午饭，－－鲜得掉眉毛的鸡汤面和烟熏三文鱼沙拉

想吃鸡汤面了! 上午在家炖了一小锅鸡汤. 鲜得掉眉毛哈哈

鸡肉先用鸡油炒一下，炒掉水气, 放炖锅里，加开水，放姜片，白胡椒粉. 烧开后转小火，炖约两个小时，放盐调味.

就姜片，白胡椒粉，盐这几样

面条煮好后，盛鸡汤碗里，淋两滴芝麻油，喜欢葱的撒点葱.

重点是：把鸡肉先炒一下; 加开水. 

我一般买whole foods 的走地鸡，把鸡背骨头多的部位来炖汤.

很鲜，就是这天气，这鸡汤喝下去，出了些汗嘻嘻

 

 

 

这几根面条肯定不够：)， 所以先吃了一盘烟熏三文鱼沙拉的，再给自己煮的几根面条，需要点碳水:). 这餐中西结合，哈哈哈

沙拉的Dressing 都是我自己调：橄榄油，balsamic vinegar,  盐，黑胡椒粉，干牛至沫（Oregano）. 喜欢你可以放点蜂蜜，我用了芒果，就没有添加其他糖了. 对美食讲究的，最好买品质好的橄榄油和balsamic vinegar，味道 大不一样.
