加州 vs 德州 - 税

考古看到大家又谈到加州和德州的对比，德州高地税又自然被提到议事日程。

但是，我觉得加州同学却忽略了一个更重要的区别：州个人所得税。

如果做个比较合理的比较：

1. 州个人所得税 （State Income Tax)：
德州 = 0%
加州 = 9.3% （If your income range is between $47,056 and $1,000,000, your tax rate on every dollar of income earned is 9.3%.）
 
2. 地产税 (Property Tax)：
德州 = 2～3% （平均）
加州 = 0.5 ～ 0.8% （平均）

这样一比较，税上的利弊就很明显了。
