贴昨天的晚饭，

时间有点紧, 只拍了几样. 四个人，六个菜，除了豆腐剩了点，其他全扫光.

今天去逛街了，又收罗了个锅回来


1. 配的蛋炒饭，炒得不错：）一早起来就把饭褒好，放冰箱冷餐



2. 凉拌蕨菜，没有想到的是都喜欢这个蕨菜，干蕨菜也是马虎猴MM寄来的.




3. 做得最好的是这个清炖狮子头，蒸的，蒸了大约三个小时，入口即化，很嫩. 大约一磅的五花肉做了四个. 狮子头的做法主要参考了这个MM的做法，我是用的净肉，没有加其他，也很嫩的，方子：http://home.*****/space-1963607-do-blog-id-437770.html



4. 全景，这套中式骨瓷餐具是很多年前从国内扛过来的，好像是52头的，大小盘子碗等
